What does Serbia put in the water that makes their tennis players so good? Janko Tipsarevic started playing when he was just six years old. By nine, he was playing at the New Belgrade Tennis Club with his coach, Roman Savochkin. When he was old enough, he started playing in the juniors and almost immediately won the Australian Open while achieving the No. 1 ranking the same year. An injury prevented him from making serious progress, but it didn't take long before he rose in the ranks.
