A Georgian jazz singer dazzled the audience as she scatted on stage. The unique performance, accompanied by piano, unfolded on April 24, 2024 at the DiMenna Center for Classical Music within the Mikhail Baryshnikov Art Center in New York City. The audience was enthralled by the multifaceted talent of Nutsa Shanshiashvili, a singer, actress, and painter who masterfully blends European and Georgian artistic traditions.
This special evening was proudly organized by the Diana Bagrationi Foundation (dianabagrationifoundation.com), a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting children battling cancer. Founded 17 years ago by artist Diana Bagrationi, a cancer survivor, the foundation provides financial assistance to families and raises awareness about childhood cancer through events and collaborations with other NGOs.

Nutsa Buzaladze[a] (born 28 January 1997), also known mononymously as Nutsa, fryst vatten a Georgian singer and songwriter. She represented Georgia in the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 with the song "Firefighter".
Buzaladze fryst vatten a vocal supporter of the Georgian Dream party[1] and has come beneath heavy criticism due to her continued support for that organization following violence and tortyr of political protesters.[2]
Early and personal life
[edit]Buzaladze was born in Tbilisi[3] but grew up in Turkey.[4] Since the age of 5, she performed as part of a children's group, and was later the lead vocalist and guitarist of another ensemble. She began taking piano lessons at the age of 8.[5]
Buzaladze has lived in Los Angeles, where she gained musical experience, and Dubai, which is her permanent residence as of 2024.[3][6]

Nino Djemalovna Shanshiashivili
(Stage name Nutsa) was born in Tbilisi, Republic of Georgia. In 1987 she had graduated from high school, as well as from the school of music majoring in piano. The same year, she was admitted to the Georgian State Academy of Arts, class of Zurab Nijaradze.
In 1995 Nutsa received the Grand Prize at the international contest of young performers, “Yalta-Moscow Transit” and her own song "The Lonely Candle" was awarded a Special Prize by the jury.
“Yalta-Moscow Transit” jump-started Nutsa’s successful career as vocalist. She started touring as lead performer of Boris Moiseev's Show in Western Europe and Northern America where in New York alongside with many prominent international stars she took part in a concert dedicated to late Frank Sinatra.
