        As a musical artist, Rory is one-half of the Grammy-award-winning duo, Joey+Rory. Between 2008 and the untimely passing of his wife Joey in March 2016. he and his wife Joey made a half-dozen albums and tv specials, toured the world and sold nearly a million records, leaving an indelible mark on the country music and the world with the music they made and life they lived.  Rory’s highly-anticipated first solo album Gentle Man was released in 2021. 

     

            As a songwriter, Rory has written multiple number-one songs, including “Some Beach” by Blake Shelton, “A Little More Country Than That” by Easton Corbin, and “The Chain of Love” by Clay Walker, along with having his songs recorded by Reba McEntire, Waylon Jennings, Buck Owens, Collin Raye, Mark Wills and many others.
