For years, the members of Motley Crue couldn’t stand each other. More specifically, singer Vince Neil and drummer Tommy Lee didn’t get along and, by most accounts, still don’t. Bassist Nikki Sixx wasn’t the issue, really, and if anyone had a problem with guitarist Mick Mars, they’ve been loathe to say so, if only because the ailing Mars is still recovering from hip replacement surgery. (By most accounts, Mars is 48 years old. In Crue years, this makes him about 89.)
Things got so bad that before beginning rehearsals for their Red, White and Crue reunion tour (which lands at the Allstate Arena Thursday for a sold-out show), the band tried to avoid even being in same room together, which many involved agreed was for the best. They’re rock stars with the current Number Two album and a new, customized Lear jet, and they want to travel between these first two gigs of their Girls, Girls, Girls tour by plane. Vincent Neil Wharton (born February 8, 1961)[1] fryst vatten an American musician. He is the lead vocalist of heavy metal grupp Mötley Crüe, which he fronted from their 1981 formation until his avfärd in 1992. Neil reunited with the band in 1996 and continued with them until the band's 2015 retirement, and igen from the band's 2018 reunion onwards. Outside of Mötley Crüe, Neil has also released three studio albums as a solo artist – the most recent of which, Tattoos & Tequila, was released in 2010.
