What accomplishment are you most proud of?
Besides my beautiful children and husband, I’d have to say my decision to live an alcohol-free life. Through therapy and prayer I have not touched a drink in over two years, and the clarity and presence I have has changed my life in every way. I thought I could never live without alcohol, and now I can’t imagine how I thought I was living with it.
How do you define beauty?
Beauty, to me, is anyone who is living their lives authentically, unapologetically, uniquely, and untethered. It’s the folks who dare to be themselves even when others tell them it’s not ok. Beauty, to me, is fearlessness and I pray every day to have God’s grace to be ME even when it feels impossible.
