Congress leader Varsha Gaikwad won from Maharashtra’s Mumbai North Central constituency after a tough fight from the BJP’s Ujwal Nikam, who was in the lead since morning. According to the latest voting trends by the Election Commission of India, she was leading by a little more than 13,000 votes.
